the staff were helpful .
The location wasn't ideal. The nearest metro was a bit of a walk. also, the deposit took ages to be returned! it was a long wait, even for me.

Some Issues Not Justified by the Price
indifferent staff touch pad light
The staff seemed generally indifferent, disappointing. Each time I returned, I was asked for my room number, even when they had seen me multiple times that day. This felt impersonal. I also found that basic requests, like getting extra towels, took longer than expected to fulfill. I also did not like that the hotel uses touch pad light controllers (this created some issues).

Really good Service and Luxurious Details
superb service polite staff
the room service was superb (i really enjoyed the variety available). a staff member named kenan were really good. he helped resolve any issues quickly and was always super polite. emre from reception also made sure i was happy with everything.
i had to call the help desk multiple times for basic items. this included things like water and a dental kit.

the breakfast offers a wide variety of food, including fruits and sweets. the hotel features two high-level internal restaurants with excellent service and quality. this provides guests with diverse dining options.

the hotel has a very good gym with modern equipment. the spa is fantastic. zorlu center is nearby, offering access to luxury international designer clothes.

poor breakfast unclean room
the room wasn't cleaned well upon arrival, so we had to change rooms. also, i had to call the help desk several times for basic things like water and a dental kit. for vegetarians like me, the breakfast options were limited, especially considering the high cost. (i felt quite annoyed by this.)
